Last Day of VBS

It has been a jam packed day.  The day started with our young volunteers heading to the North Rocks for a swim.  Then on to VBS followed by a final family picnic which was supposed to end by 8:00pm but is continuing well into the evening with kids gathered around the fire.  What a fantastic end to a spectacular few days in Southend.

What a fun filled day!!

Today was such a busy day, Day 2 of VBS complete and a Women's Tea/Supper.  Darlene from our Warman Team met her 'name twin'.  Meghan and Hope continued to make new friends just being their crazy selves.  Janel did a wonderful job preparing for the Women's evening with the food being prepped by Kristi, Amy and Conny.  The pictures speak for themselves. A Wonderful Evening of Youth Fellowship

Tuesday evenings was Youth Night.  We had a great turnout with the teams playing ball games, a devotion and the to end the evening a campfire with s'mores and lots of bracelet making.

A Special Thank You

Pauline Clarke has been a blessing with her support of  LAMP.  She was the host at the radio station who gave us the opportunity to on air and share our Agenda.  She has a prominent social media presence in the community and has shared our information everywhere.  Thank you Pauline.

Vacation Bible School - Day 1

Registration complete with 89 children.  Great time for stories, crafts and games.
